By plain
We are located in the triangle of the three main airports to Lapland; Rovaniemi, Oulu and Kuusamo.
From Kuusamo to Iso Syöte is 100 km (It takes about one hour by car.)
From Oulu to Iso Syöte is 140 km (It takes about one and a half hour by car.)
From Rovaniemi to Iso Syöte is 160 km (It takes about 2 hours by car.)
The flight-connections from Helsinki to all three airports are very frequently and offered by various airline companies.

Direct flights
In winter and summer there are direct charterflights as well from several European countries towards Kuusamo and Rovaniemi operated by Finland specialised touroperators. Transfers can always be arranged on request

By train
The nearest railroad station is in Oulu (as shown on the map). The train trip from Helsinki to Oulu takes about six hours. Train number IC49 from the south has a direct bus connection to Iso Syöte Fell. The bus leaves straight from the Oulu railroad station.

By bus
In the wintertime, the Syöte Ski-Bussi/Ski Bus takes you conveniently from Oulu to Syöte and back on Saturdays and in March also on Sundays, as well as every day during the winter holiday week 10.

By car
All main roads in Finland a very good and quiet roads. While driving through Finland you can enjoy beautiful sceneries and various landscapes. The most direct route from Helsinki to Iso Syöte Fjell is along roadnr E75 via Lahti, Jyväskylä and Oulu. Your efforts will be rewarded when driving the last part up the hill towards Iso Syöte. A splendid view and comfortable accommodations awaits you.
