Kemijärvi and Pelkosenniemi hold plenty of opportunities for cycling trips, and even more demanding treks in aapa bog and fell landscapes using the forest vehicle road networks. The following routes haven’t been marked, but find the maps attached.

Kemijärvi - Luusua: 68 - 90 kilometres.
Kemijärvi - Pelkosenniemi - Pyhätunturi: 112 - 134 kilometres.
